Art-Centered Travel and Engagement Consulting:
We are available to brainstorm with your team, guide discussions and make recommendations and engage in broad consultative work on integrating the arts into hospitality, tourism and other programs. This service is available by the hour or by the project, campaign or milestone.
We create content for interactive maps, guides and innovative initiatives, and our expert perspective can artfully enhance your creative endeavors.
Branded Custom Art Tours & Programs:
Our programs and self-guided art tour itineraries focus on your brand, corporate culture or other custom request, and can be used on their own or with larger, more integrated art engagement programs around your chosen theme and priorities. We'll proactively research, recommend and onboard community partners, and design and document the overall strategy. If requested, we can work closely with your in-house creative and technology teams on full delivery and activation.
Art Scout Package: Virtual/Self-Guided or Hosted:
We will spend time with an anticipated guest’s location scout or other advance team member to help plan exciting art-centered leisure time. The hosted option includes transportation, meetings coordination and informative stops at galleries, as well as recommendations on nearby food and drink. Self-guided option available.
VIP Art Experience Package:
Perfect for high-profile and other discerning visitors. This highly-customizable and personalized package may include exclusive, private or small group experiences in galleries, art spaces and/or arts nonprofits, connections with curators, artists or other industry leaders, photography and media outreach on request, transportation, and coordination of any art purchases with our preferred art handler/ shipping vendor. We will work with your client’s team to understand and provide the art, artists and experiences that best align with their values and interests.
In-house VIP Art Experience:
Add some surprise, delight and local flavor to your art-loving guests’ hotel experience. We will work together to personalize their stay with in-room art and onsite local art experiences.
