Business Hours & Availability:
Due to the "always-on" nature of our business and periodic need for unconventional schedules and quick service delivery, we have set the following hours and project workflows in order to proactively serve our clients and efficiently manage our team.
K.Co Arts business hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 9:30 to noon on Friday, and Saturday by appointment. We are totally closed for business on Sundays, including most business communications.
Emailed RFP requests received after 5 p.m. will be confirmed and initiated the next day. RFP requests received Friday after 5 p.m. will be confirmed on Monday morning.
Holiday hours and other planned closures:
Thanksgiving: Nov. 27-30
Christmas: Dec. 23 - 28
New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
Additionally, as we are a small staff, we will be closed intermittently throughout the year for personal and professional travel, personal time off, etc. We will advise our concierge partners and others of these closures well in advance in order to temporarily pause referrals. The good news is that our Etsy store is up and running 24/7/365 to help connect your guests with great local art!
Brand Platform Opportunities vs Client Work:
Sponsorships and other opportunities on K.Co hosted and branded platforms, publications and events stand alone and do not transfer to, influence or overlap with consulting engagements, client recommendations or other instances where the best interest of the client is paramount. Opportunities and potential benefits will be clearly communicated, confirmed and highlighted in proposals, working agreements and other documentation, and sponsored content on K.Co platforms will be clearly labeled as such.
We do not act in an advisory role on our projects or gallery engagements. If we help you discover a special piece, please contact the gallery directly.
While we love connecting all others to art, we do reserve the right to decline or disengage from guests that appear aggressive, violent or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This includes interactions with our artists, art space partners, and creative vendors as well.
Due to the personal and sometimes adult nature of the artwork and intimate, fragile gallery settings, our services are best for ages 12 +, unless specified.
Our tours allow service animals only.
K.Co Arts staff, partners and guests are expected to abide by the host gallery, art space or art studio's policies on site.

APRIL 2020 UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19
As a small business that operates in the arts and travel space, we are definitely having to consider where we fit and what our community and professional responsibilities are during this public health crisis.
We have drafted these temporary policies in order to do our part to maintain safety and order, and to keep our own business stable so that we can provide art adventures for many years to come.
We are working and meeting others remotely and focusing on virtual services at this time. These include: Custom Content, general consulting, engaging with art online, and on-boarding and planning initiatives for projects launching late Summer or Fall 2020.
Private tour bookings and custom tour planning will resume June 15.
Open Business Hours through June 1:
Monday - Thursday: 9:30 am to 1 p.m.
Thank you for understanding, and please stay safe and healthy. Life without art adventures is tough, but life without art lovers and our creative community members would be unbearable. We aren't going away, and we'll be operating at full speed again as soon as we can be.
